"We assess not just technical skill, but creative risk-taking, conceptual exploration, and artistic growth. Prior experience is never a requirement—curiosity, commitment, and openness to learning matter most"

  • All coursework must be completed with professionalism
Add/Drop Policy

Adding Classes

Students may add courses during the first week of classes unless otherwise stated. After this period, written approval is required from both the instructor and the Director's Office.

Dropping Classes

Students may drop a class within the first week without a grade appearing on their transcript. Withdrawals after this time—up to one week after the semester break—are recorded as W (Withdrawal) or WF (Withdrew Failing).

Students who stop attending after this deadline will most likely not do well in the class.

Administrative Notes

  • Written requests must be submitted to the Director's Office
  • No refunds are issued for dropped classes
  • Added courses must be paid in full by the end of the second week or they will be dropped
  • Students must notify their home institution of any course changes with approval
